GCNM wins Best High Rise Residential Architectural Design in 2016 Indonesia Property Awards

GCNM Towers has won the Indonesia Property Award for Best High Rise Residential Architectural Design. SCDA has been admitted into the final round for the South East Asia category.

The two residential towers - up to 55 storeys, standing 230 metres tall - add a variation to the growing central business district of Jarkarta by virtue of their stepped, folding crowns.

Emphasising what is typically a concealed utilitarian element, an egress stair on each tower was designed to become a feature by covering the main facade of each stir with a simple mesh screen, and adjusting the emergency egress lighting within it to accentuate both the stair and its back wall.
